Scenario 6
< Back | Next>
Scenario:
You are configuring the virtual networking in a vSphere environment. You want to ensure that the configuration supports the current workload plus future growth. You want to ensure that the configuration is designed to avoid saturating the bandwidth of the network adapters.
Requirements:
- Determine which available NIC teaming policy considers the load on the physical network adapter into its algorithm and does not require a special configuration on the physical switch.
- Create a port group named Balanced-1 on a distributed virtual switch and configure it with the policy identified in the previous step.
Environment Information:
- Distributed virtual switch: dvSwitch1
