To accomplish this task, the administrator can perform the following steps:

Click Create in the Baselines section of the Baselines and Groups tab.
Provide a Name and Description. Set the Baseline Type to Host Patch. Click Next.
Select Dynamic for Patch Options. Click Next.
Set Severity to Critical and Release Date to On or Before released prior to February 28, 2014.
Click Next on this page, and again on the next page.
Click Finish.
